Full job description

1- Update Dropbox with all reports of sales, purchases, expenses, bank statements etc.

2- Recording Head office sales invoices.

3- Recording Head office collections.

4- Prepare Salary sheet.

5- Printing Cheques.

6- Follow up with employees in the branches and receive reports.

7- Follow up with Suppliers.

8- Follow up with employees to update Petty cash in Dropbox.

9- Update accounts petty cash in the system.

10- Follow up cash collections from sales and deposit in bank.

11- Follow up monthly inventory count and update inventory in Dropbox.

12- Recording purchasing invoices in Odoo system.

13- Preparing bank transfers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Ability to work in team
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Has HR Background
  • Able to multi-task and determine priorities
  • Proficient in using ABR system
