Job Role
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels like marketing lead, cold calling, email campaigns, and database management.
- Showcase our product portfolio of properties to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
- Effectively manage the clients’ expectations and arrange meeting with sales team to enable them for sales closures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends, regulations, and property landscape is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
