Job Description

Job Role

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels like marketing lead, cold calling, email campaigns, and database management.
  • Showcase our product portfolio of properties to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Effectively manage the clients’ expectations and arrange meeting with sales team to enable them for sales closures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends, regulations, and property landscape is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
