Salary Range: AED 18,000 - AED 20,000 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Cuisine to lead the culinary team in a high-end hotel within our dynamic hospitality group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hospitality environments and a passion for culinary excellence. This role requires a visionary leader who can innovate and elevate the dining experience to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality food preparation.
- Lead, mentor, and train the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the kitchen.
- Menu Development:
- Design and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends.
- Create signature dishes that enhance the dining experience and uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Cost Management:
- Monitor and manage kitchen budgets, including food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
- Optimize inventory management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Guest Experience:
- Interact with guests to gain feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the dining experience.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within high-end hotels or luxury dining establishments.
- Proven track record of leading a culinary team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Exceptional culinary skills with a strong understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development and problem-solving.
