Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher who is proficient in teaching Keyboard, Piano and Guitar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing students' musical skills, fostering a love for music, and preparing students for performances and examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruction and Teaching:

  • Provide individual and group lessons for Keyboard, Piano, and Guitar.
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet the needs of students at varying levels of proficiency.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Prepare students for performances, recitals, and Trinity College of London music examinations.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Assess students' musical abilities and progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on a regular basis.

Administrative Duties:

  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school functions as required.

Student Engagement:

  • Encourage students to explore different genres and styles of music.
  • Mentor and inspire students to develop their musical talents and pursue their musical interests.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Trinity College of London Certification.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in teaching Keyboard, Piano & Guitar to students of various age groups and skill levels.
  • Experience in preparing students for music exams and performances.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in playing and teaching Keyboard, Piano & Guitar.
  • Strong knowledge of music theory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
