Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher who is proficient in teaching Keyboard, Piano and Guitar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing students' musical skills, fostering a love for music, and preparing students for performances and examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Instruction and Teaching:
- Provide individual and group lessons for Keyboard, Piano, and Guitar.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet the needs of students at varying levels of proficiency.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, and Trinity College of London music examinations.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess students' musical abilities and progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on a regular basis.
Administrative Duties:
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school functions as required.
Student Engagement:
- Encourage students to explore different genres and styles of music.
- Mentor and inspire students to develop their musical talents and pursue their musical interests.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Trinity College of London Certification.
Experience:
- Proven experience in teaching Keyboard, Piano & Guitar to students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Experience in preparing students for music exams and performances.
Skills:
- Proficiency in playing and teaching Keyboard, Piano & Guitar.
- Strong knowledge of music theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
