*Job Description*:
First Exchange LLC is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Line Associate. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for providing remittance and foreign currency exchange services to our valued clients.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking remittance and foreign currency exchange services.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of exchange rates and financial products offered.
- Assist clients with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote additional financial services to clients as appropriate.
*Requirements*:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a prerequisite.
- Previous experience in financial services or a similar role is preferred.
- Candidates must be locally available in Oman.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills are essential.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the financial sector is an advantage.
