Job Description: The Project Finance & Treasury Controller is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for managing several processes, topics and relationships related to the finance department, which includes but not limited to: Liaison with the customer (mostly ministerial or government bodies) Working closely with project and contract managers, accounting and controlling teams and with related local partners Provide treasury support to local project teams Banking: manage and coordinate banking services suppliers, harmonize guarantees and letters of credit in line with Company policies, maintain and improve banking services. Manage and Establish service level agreements with other entities Providing support on the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process, preparing actual costs of the project from SAP and coordination with Domain Managers on their requests Support the planning and forecasting for revenue and cash for all assigned projects, Management of the sales invoice process for both internal and external customers and for local compliance purposes (including taxation and VAT invoices) Ensure that all PO’s, SLAs and invoices (internal or external) are properly recorded, filed and reported Including but not limited to (1) internal reporting of key KPIs such as Order Intake, Revenue, Profit and Cash; (2) support cost controlling and (3) manage intercompany transactions in close alignment with accounting team Maintain WHT effects and impacts in general Ad hoc tasks from the senior finance managers This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
