We have an open role for the Title - Group Marketing Head with a well-established Group in Bahrain.

Job Overview:

Planning, development, and execution of regional and destination-specific marketing and digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and other deliverables.

Develop and ensure execution of planned campaign concepts, that are in line with the new market trends and can serve to gain and increase the market share.

Ensure all marketing spend/activities are directly linked to Sales and Budget

Update the social media accounts actively on stories, normal posts, and highlights sections using different creative ideas.

Ensure the department builds; and establish consistently a strong rapport with customers online.

Interfacing with business functions and marketing team to ensure synergy and effective communication of marketing plans and other activities.

Work closely with all Business Heads and provide guidance, support, and awareness of markets.

Create a dedicated highlight section for that particular promotion and activate it constantly.

Plan and launch online competitions which increase quality engagement for the brand

Conduct online feedback and suggestions stories for the brand

Setting, monitoring, and reporting on team objectives and goals.

Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.

Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).

Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.

Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Qualifications:-

MBA in marketing or a related field
10 Year experience in managing marketing channel or brand –advantage
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
