Job Purpose:

The primary responsibilities include sales and marketing of insurance products through telephone and other online platforms, technical verification of data, processing transactions error-free, resolving queries with internal and external parties, ensuring compliance with policies, processing high-volume transactions within specified timelines with insurance suppliers, providing DSR to the F&I Mgr, maintaining records and handling additional duties as directed by the Accounts & Finance Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct sales and marketing of insurance products via telephone and online channels.
• Verify and process data and transactions accurately.
• Resolve queries efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Explain insurance policies clearly to customers and assist with claims.
• Maintain up-to-date procedural and technical knowledge to ensure compliance with policies and directives.
• Handle high-volume transactions accurately within specified timelines, including issuing motor insurance policies and submitting tax invoices to the accounts department.
