Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of successful transactions. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, guiding them through every step of the real estate process with expertise and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- 1-5years of Real Estate agent experience is a must
- Candidate experienced in Dubai Real Estate market preferred
- Strong communication
- Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai
- Should have leasing experience with Offplan properties.
- Conduct market research to identify and analyze property trends.
- Prepare and present comparative market analysis (CMA) reports.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with clients.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Utilize multiple listing service (MLS) databases to list and market properties.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and escrow companies.
- RERA Certification is an advantage
- Must be aware of Marketing strategies and mandatory paperwork
