Job Description:

As an Outdoor Sales Executive at Al Miqat Stationery Trading L.L.C, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities in the field. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Visit potential and existing customers to present product offerings and demonstrate their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections to facilitate the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and their unique selling points.
  • Stay updated on product developments, enhancements, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales Administration:
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs to management.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for sales success.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in Stationery Field.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication Skills In (English,Malayalam,urdu,hindi), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in Sales Field.

Working Conditions:

  • This role involves significant travel to customer locations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

  • Competitive base salary plus commission.
