**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyor (QS) for Oil and Gas Projects

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) specializing in oil and gas projects, particularly those involving tank farms for naphtha and crude oil. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and extensive experience working in the GCC region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for oil and gas projects, focusing on tank farms for naphtha and crude oil.
- Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for project phases.
- Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budgets.
- Assess and manage variations and claims.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost control.
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports and analyses to management.
- Ensure adherence to relevant standards, codes, and regulations within the GCC region.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the oil and gas sector.
- Extensive experience with tank farms for naphtha and crude oil.
- Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost management.
- Strong understanding of GCC region standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
