We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician who will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems in industrial settings. In this role, you will be expected to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, as well as read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is done in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

· Assists and participate in the maintenance of 400kV and 132kV substation equipment.

· Should be experienced in working on 400kV, 132kV Gas insulated switchgears, LVAC systems, Power Transformers and FPS systems. Should be able to understand control schemes and its trouble shootings.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to install and maintain electrical systems and equip
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues with electrical systems and equipment.
• Should report in proper uniforms, safety helmets, safety shoes, PPEs like proper Gloves etc .
• Should be medically fit in conformity with the regulations laid down by Dubai Municipality's Health department.
• The number of skilled manpower expected will be approximately 10 numbers 8 hours per day
• Normal working hours for hired skilled staffs is 8 hours per days. Whenever, required they should work for extended hours beyond normal working hours and holidays to complete the priority jobs based on instructions of supervisory staff. Contactor and staff shall follow Client timing regulations strictly.
• Acceptance of the Electricians/Technicians will be subject to satisfactory performance in the relevant interview and practical test conducted by Client

Job qualifications/requirements

Diploma in Electrical engineering with minimum two years’ experience / High school or Trade certificate with 4 years’ experience. Should be able to speak and understand Hindi or Urdu or English. Shall be able to maintain tools and machines issued for the job, understand safety requirements, employ safe working practices and comply with Client safety rules and regulations.
