Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent at Stratt Signature, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire real estate process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your success in this role will be driven by your passion for real estate, your ability to build strong client relationships, and your commitment to achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Provide expert advice and market insights to clients.
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate transactions.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and regulations.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients and listings.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and market activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid RERA license. (Top Priority)
- UAE Driving License (Priority)
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
