Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, including staff management, curriculum implementation, and parent communication.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of passionate educators and support staff.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote children's learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians through effective communication and regular updates on their child's progress.
- Manage budgetary requirements and resource allocation to support the needs of the nursery.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles, curriculum planning, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
