  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and update calendars, deadlines, and case management systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances for attorneys.
  • Prepare and draft legal correspondence, memos, and court documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and organize legal documents and files to ensure easy retrieval and access.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards.
