Job Description

  1. Implementing best practices of SAAS services
  2. Monitoring Lifecycle services of ERP systems
  3. Execution of Quarterly patch of service updates and quality services
  4. Creation and maintaining Dev Environment for different projects and keep the environment up to date
  5. Monitor and erase and concern related to AOS services and batch services with help of vendors
  6. Monitor Database compatibility and scalability and take necessary steps along with vendors
  7. Review and analyze the current state of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging existing processes
  8. L1 Support to users for Application related issue
  9. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience is must (min 5 yr)
  10. Lead Small Scale IT Change requests independently
  11. Manage IT Vendors
