Expertise in Newgen BPM & ECM products with production support experience IS MUST
• In-depth experience of Newgen BPM, ECM technologies.
• Expertise in functional & technical aspects of Newgen BPM suit.
• Hands on experience in supporting, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, patching, managing & design HA environments.
• Expertise in Omnidocs 9.1, IBPS 3.0, Omniscan, MDM, BAM.
• Knowledge in JBOSS, Tomcat applications.
• L1 & L2 support of the mentioned applications.
• Support roles experience in a financial institute preferred.
• Experience on Microsoft Azure/Oracle Cloud/Linux is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of JAVA, Unix & windows scripting including automation and monitoring.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Expertise in Oracle and MS SQL DB.
• ITIL certification preferred.
