Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team on marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently.
- Build and maintain media and vendor relationships.
- Organize and participate in real estate events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate.
- Proven success in marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
