We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer specializing in fitout work to join our team for an industrial project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on industrial projects and fitout work, and be available to start immediately.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage daily fitout operations to ensure project specifications, timelines, and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise subcontractors and site labor to ensure high-quality fitout work and adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports and ensure timely resolution of any issues or delays.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications related to fitout.
- Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Assist in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on industrial projects and fitout work.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale fitout projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability to join the team in Dubai.
