Our passion is creating beautiful floral designs that bring joy to our customers' lives.Job Description:We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about flowers, has a keen eye for design, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Florist, you will work closely with our senior florists to create stunning floral arrangements, assist with floral installations for events, and help maintain the overall appearance of our shop.Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior florists with floral arrangements for various occasions
• Preparing and conditioning flowers
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop
• Providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with floral installations for events and weddings
• Learning and adhering to proper floral design techniques
• Requirements:
• Previous experience in floral design preferred but not required
• Passion for flowers and floral design
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
