EXECUTIVE CHEF – VIBRANT RESTAURANT, BAHRAIN!
Very excited to be working with this well-established company who are opening a very cool, new premium dining concept and looking for a creative Executive Chef.
This Exec Chef role will be a hands-on role and you will be leading the culinary team to create unforgettable dining experiences. The food will be high-end French Brasserie style but with strong Miami influences and themes.
Experience, skills & attributes that we are looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Exec Chef or Head Chef in a high-profile restaurant or premium dining venue
- Experience in multiple cuisines with strong Latin American & French influences – must be very on trend
- Passionate about curating well-balanced and creative menus
- Strong leader and enjoys mentoring a culinary brigade through leading by example
- You have the ability to lead the culinary direction of the venue, whilst working closely with the senior management team
- Knowledge of HACCP and running a comprehensive food safety management system
- Excellent leader with good communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and must be able to communicate in English
Salary Package: Ideally between BD1500-2500 pm (NEG) but negotiable for the right candidate plus dependent visa, medical, flights etc
