Kids First Group (KFG) is the leading group in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha for providing premium early years education and childcare. Founded in 2011, we have 30 nursery schools. We stand unique from other group nurseries, as each of our Kids First Group nurseries specializes in and is passionate about their own exclusive curriculum and pedagogical approach: spanning a choice from the Early Years Foundation Stage (British EYFS), Montessori Method, and Reggio Emilia Approach, to name a few.

Kids First Group is currently seeking for an outstanding Talent Development Manager, to join our growing family for an immediate start.

The Opportunity:

We are looking to recruit experienced & dynamic Talent Development Manager to join our HR department located in Dubai.

•The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and manages high-potential and succession planning programs.

•Should be able to manages redundancies and guides managers in following processes when an employee leaves the organization.

•Furthermore, reporting to the HR Director, the role forms part of the critical positions within KFG. The role calls for an experienced HR professional who displays strong leadership qualities. The person in this role should be insightful and be well equipped to contribute meaningfully to the HR dimensions of the Group.

Responsibilities

•To support the HR team and work closely with the Nursery managers & directors under talent development.

•To work on performance appraisals, 360 feedback with the main purpose of ensuring Talents are being recognized and rewarded.

•Ensures that performance measures, career development, L&D, Organizational Structure, and other operational HR functions are delivered at top level.

  • Mapping out career paths and growth opportunities for each individual employee.
  • Succession planning for employees with high leadership potential.
  • Advocating and practicing workplace transparency between senior leaders and their teams.

•Develop strategies to prevent redundancies.

•Gather and review talent related data to gain insights on talent management programmes.

•Gather feedback on the career development framework, policy and programmes.

•Plan career pathways and provide information to employees to improve their career.

•Plan communications activities to build awareness of the career structure and options available in the organization.

•Plan talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent.

•Recommend assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals and high potentials.

•Ensure that the HR function carries out excellence in cross functional communication and works effectively with all internal customers.

•Must collaborate with Training and development team.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree or any certification in human resources.

•5+ years' experience in Talent Development Management.

•Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

•Attention to detail and good judgement.

•Effective Time management on deliverables.

•Passionate, eager to learn and adopt and bring new ideas.
