Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new buyers across various locations within the UAE. This role requires extensive travel and physical effort, as you will be on the road meeting potential clients, presenting products, and closing sales. You will need to have your own car or two-wheeler and a valid UAE driving license. In return, we offer attractive incentives for each sale made, alongside a competitive base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively across assigned regions to identify and meet potential buyers.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have own car or two-wheeler.
- Ability to travel 100% of the time to meet with clients.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle physical effort in the field, including lifting and carrying product samples, standing and walking for extended periods, and driving long distances.
