Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieved targets, by effectively managing client relationships by providing expert guidance to our clients.
Your role are:
⦁ Developing and maintaining a strong network of clients through proactive outreach, networking events, and referrals.
⦁ Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, property values, and competitor activities.
⦁ Advising clients on property investments, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics to ensure favorable outcomes.
⦁ Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
⦁ Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing and beyond.
⦁ Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements:
⦁ Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales real estate, with a proven target meeting or exceeding sales targets.
⦁ Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
⦁ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build report with clients from diverse backgrounds.
⦁ In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
⦁ Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
⦁ Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
⦁ Requiring UAE Driving Licensed.
