Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist for Real Estate
Key Master Real Estate Brokerage LLC is seeking for a Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Real Estate marketing and a proven track record in developing marketing plans and strategies, particularly in the UAE market.
The person we are seeking must have:
· Proven track record in social media management and marketing within the Dubai real estate market in UAE.
· Devise and execute social media strategies that resonate with Dubai's real estate audience, highlighting our properties and services.
· Creating a digital marketing strategy that takes into account all aspects of online marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media (Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook).
· Well verse with the usage of Sony Camera Sony Alpha 7 Full Frame.
· Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
· Ability to create visually appealing content and write engaging copy that aligns with real estate industry trends.
· Create and manage captivating campaigns that showcase our listings, drive engagement, and convert leads into loyal clients.
· Proficiency in social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools specific to real estate
· Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape to generate high-quality leads and nurture potential clients.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Passion for real estate and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
