Profile Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of Aluminum and Glass industry operations. The ideal candidate should have minimum 4 years of relevant experience mandatorily in aluminium & Glass industry and preferably within High rise Building.
Key Responsibilities
- This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams for quality assurance, to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to the final figures. This role also includes specialized tasks related to estimating the costs and quantities of aluminium materials required for construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that the projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5 years of experience in project engineering, mandatorily in the aluminum and glass industry.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
