Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our range of properties and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing accurate information and addressing their inquiries.
Identify client needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions and recommend suitable properties.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Requirements:
At least 1 year proven experience as a tele caller or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry, or experience with call centre can also be entertained.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Strong sales acumen with a persuasive attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
Must be based in Dubai.
