Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Personnel Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Deputy Personnel Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to payroll administration, HR management, personnel management, performance appraisal, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience
• Payroll Administration and HR Management skills
• Personnel Management and Performance Appraisal skills
• Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
