We're on the search for a dynamic and seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on the sales of software solutions within the energy sector in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the energy industry and a track record of driving business growth through strategic sales approaches.

Your role in our mission

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy vertical in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies to drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on software solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Valued skills and experience

  • Be university educated internationally with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Numerous years of experience in business development of software solutions with a specific emphasis in the energy sector
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the energy industry, including knowledge of market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and occasionally internationally as needed.
