Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director with a proven track record in Dubai real estate. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitors.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a strong understanding of the market dynamics and trends.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
