Job Title: Sales Officer - Corporate and Business Setup Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE, specifically in corporate and business setup services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, a strong ability to develop new business opportunities. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of corporate and business setup services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities in the corporate and business setup services sector.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and approach potential clients to introduce and promote our corporate and business setup services.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular meetings, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements, including company formation, licensing, and other business setup services.

Sales Execution:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contract terms and conditions to close deals effectively.

Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a high conversion rate.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track sales performance and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets.

Provide regular updates and feedback to management on market trends, client feedback, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and services.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the corporate and business setup services sector.

Skills:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Visa Status: Will be provided by company.

Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
