We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (ARABIC SPEAKER) to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs and drive our company's success.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in [Real Estate industry or sector].
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to analyze data to optimize recruitment strategies.
