We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced FEMALE Wedding Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget constraints.
· Source and negotiate with vendors, such as florists, caterers, photographers, and venues, to secure services within budget and as per client preferences.
· Create detailed wedding timelines and checklists to keep track of all tasks leading up to the event.
· Coordinate and oversee all wedding day activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
· Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on wedding trends, etiquette, and traditions.
· Manage and update budgets, keeping track of expenses and ensuring financial targets are met.
· Address any issues or challenges that arise during the planning process or on the wedding day, providing quick and effective solutions.
· Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and quality for clients.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Wedding Planner.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
· Knowledge of wedding trends, traditions, and etiquette.
· Certification in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
· Min of 5 Years Experience in Corporate Events.
· Arabic & English is a must.
