They are seeking to hire services of a Research Associate - Investment Research
Equity Research: They provide offshore equity research support to buy side and sell side equity research team of the top ten investment banks of the world. This work involves supporting research analysts in covering different industry sectors or verticals and providing research support on proprietary research products.
Job Profile: Specific activities will include:
- Collecting financial data using company websites and other sources;
- Creating and maintaining industry databases;
- Building and updating financial models on various companies;
- Listening and summarizing investment conference calls;
- Analyzing financial performance of companies in detail.
- Writing research reports including industry reports, initiation of coverage reports, quarterly earning update etc.
- Applying different valuation techniques such as DCF, relative valuations, LBO to value companies.
- Direct client communication to understand specific project requirements of the client.
