Are you a strategic go-getter passionate about the hospitality industry? Do you thrive in building relationships and driving business growth? If so, then join our team as a Business Development Manager for our Holiday Homes venture in Dubai!

In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio of holiday homes and maximizing our revenue. You will be responsible for acquiring new properties, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

· New Business Acquisition:

o Identify and target potential property owners and stakeholders.

o Develop and implement strategies to attract new listings and expand our holiday home portfolio.

o Conduct property evaluations and negotiations to secure new listings with favourable terms.

· Partnership Development:

o Identify and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, event organizers, and other relevant businesses.

o Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure successful collaboration.

o Foster strong relationships with key partners to drive referrals and repeat business.

· Revenue Growth and Optimization:

o Monitor and analyze market trends, occupancy rates, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

o Develop data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, marketing, and distribution channels to maximize revenue.

o Work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

· Guest Relationship Management:

o Maintain open communication with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

o Uphold high service standards for guests, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

· Excellent understanding of the holiday rental market and short-term rental industry trends.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

· Proficient in property management software and relevant CRM tools (a plus).

· A passion for the hospitality industry and exceptional customer service.
