Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Product Designer with expertise in 3D sketching and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing products, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life through detailed and precise 3D models and graphic designs. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional and manufacturing, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Design:
- Conceptualize and design innovative products from initial idea to final product.
- Create detailed 3D sketches and models using industry-standard software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender).
- Develop and refine product designs based on feedback and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the concerned teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of designs.
Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing graphics for products, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Create compelling visual content that aligns with the brand's identity and aesthetic.
- Work with the website/social media team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
Research and Development:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product and graphic design.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Experiment with new materials, techniques, and tools to push the boundaries of design innovation.
- Experience in designing consumer products or electronics.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
- Experience with 3D printing and other rapid prototyping methods.
