Moray Luxury Living is Urgently Hiring Sales Managers for sales and rental of Luxury Real Estate across Dubai.
Dubai Real Estate sales experience of 3 - 5 years mandatory.
Manage a small team of real estate agents and hit the financial targets set by the Sales Director.
Offer advice and motivate Sales agents to close deals.
Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing.
Set weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve.
Perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, and hiring new staff.
Conducted daily and weekly sales meeting.
Marketing - planning, budgeting, and coordinating events or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office.
Plan, design, and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limits.
