1. *Preparation of Ingredients*: Prepare and measure ingredients such as spices, vegetables, meats, and other components necessary for curry dishes.

2. *Cooking*: Cook a variety of Indian curry dishes according to recipes and the head chef's instructions, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.

3. *Recipe Adherence*: Follow specific recipes and techniques to create dishes that align with the restaurant's menu and standards.

4. *Quality Control*: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant’s specifications before they are served.

5. *Inventory Management*: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking ingredients, ensuring freshness and availability.

6. *Hygiene and Cleanliness*: Adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards, keeping workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized.

7. *Team Collaboration*: Work effectively with other kitchen staff, including sous chefs and head chefs, to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

8. *Time Management*: Efficiently manage cooking times to ensure dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner.

9. *Adaptability*: Be prepared to handle special requests and dietary restrictions, modifying recipes as needed to accommodate customers' needs.

10. *Training and Development*: Participate in training programs to improve culinary skills and knowledge, staying updated with new cooking techniques and trends.

11. *Equipment Maintenance*: Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, reporting any malfunctions or necessary repairs to the appropriate personnel.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month

Experience:

  • chef: 5 years (Preferred)
