EVERNEST REAL ESTATE LOOKING FOR HR SPECIALIST WITH 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role will be responsible for various HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment and selection: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company. Coordinate the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Employee relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Training and development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives.
  • HR administration: Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and prepare HR reports and analytics.
  • Benefits administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims, and inquiries.
  • Performance management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to employees.
