Job Description
- The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes on construction projects. They ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement quality assurance plans for construction projects, including defining quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
- Quality Control Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Prepare quality assurance documentation for client review and approval.
- Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Evaluate the quality of materials and subcontractor workmanship, and establish quality requirements for suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor supplier performance and address any quality issues promptly.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential quality risks and proactively implement measures to mitigate them. Collaborate with project teams to develop risk management strategies and contingency plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to project teams and subcontractors on quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices. Promote a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards related to construction quality assurance. Ensure that projects adhere to all applicable legal requirements and safety regulations.
Requirement's:
- Minimum 10 Years of GCC Construction Experience
- 05 Year of High-Rise Building Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant Field
- Immediate joiners are preferred
