Required skills and qualifications
- Male having Riyadh experience in same field.
- Sabre & Amadeus Is Extra Advantage
- Strong computer skills are essential in Excel, Word etc.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and Interpersonal skills.
- To Handle the front office and communicate with customer in a highly professional manner.
- To issue tickets from both GDS and Online systems.
- Manage all ticketing tasks, including issuing, reissuing, refunding and amending.
- Assist customer with inquiries and providing solutions to their complaints.
- To co-operate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- To report the sales made every day in a systematic manner.
- Learn and follow IATA rules and regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in ticketing (Amedues is preferable)
- Professionalism and well mannered.
- Excellent customer service skill.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to details and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English & Arabic, Urdu.
- Must Have a valid transferable IQAMA.
