Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads.
  • Introduce company products or services to potential customers.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.
  • Document all sales activities and update customer records accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
