Job Description
Multinational company looking for Male ( Scaffolding Supervisor ) with the following Requirements:
- Safety Oversight:
- Conduct regular safety inspections of scaffolding structures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide safety training to workers and enforce safety protocols.
- Scaffolding Planning and Design:
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to plan scaffolding layouts.
- Design scaffolding systems considering load capacities and project requirements.
- Supervision of Installation and Dismantling:
- Direct the installation and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
- Ensure proper assembly and adherence to safety standards.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect scaffolding components for defects or damage.
- Address any issues promptly to maintain structural integrity.
- Coordination with Other Trades:
- Coordinate scaffolding activities with other trades on the construction site.
- Communicate schedules and resource needs to ensure smooth workflow.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Generate reports to document compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to scaffolding operations.
- Provide guidance and support to scaffolders to overcome obstacles.
- Team Management:
- Supervise a team of scaffolders, providing direction and guidance as needed.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team performance.
- Client Communication:
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns.
- Provide updates on scaffolding progress and address client feedback.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Implement measures to improve scaffolding processes and enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into operations.
