Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating deals to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Generate leads .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and present proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in Business development is a plus.
