Job Description for Cleaning Supervisor: (30.04.2025-Sir)
We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our team of Cleaners and ensure we provide excellent customer service.
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for managing the cleaning operation for a commercial or residential site. This includes ensuring the cleanliness of the premises and ensuring the staff under their supervision carry out the cleaning to the required standards. The Cleaning Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining accurate records of the cleaning tasks and ensuring all cleaning materials are stored securely and are properly maintained. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and managing staff performance.
Cleaning Supervisor Requirements
· Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises are maintained
· Carry out regular inspections to ensure the highest standards are achieved
· Train and supervise cleaning staff
· Develop and implement cleaning schedules and policies
· Ensure that cleaning materials and equipment are used in a safe and economical manner
· Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed
Cleaning Supervisor Skills
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative
· Good understanding of COSHH regulations
· Experience of using a range of cleaning chemicals and equipment
