Position: Civil 3D Modeler

Job Description: BIM Infotech is seeking experienced Civil 3D Modelers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in civil engineering and modeling, with specific expertise in compiling NOC packages for both dry and wet utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Civil 3D models for various infrastructure projects.
• Compile and submit NOC packages, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate project requirements.
• Conduct site visits as needed to gather data and verify project requirements.
• Ensure all models and drawings are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
• Demonstrable experience with NOC packages (both dry and wet utilities).
• Strong understanding of local UAE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Ready to join immediately.
