We are looking for a talented and conscientious Senior Architect with an excellent Design Skills and Technical Experience to join our award-winning boutique design office.
+ Min. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with UAE Attestation.
+ Min.6 years experience in the UAE.
+ Excellent design and space planning skills in both architecture and interior design.
+ Experience in Private Residential, Hospitality and Office Design is an advantage.
+ Experience of Authority Regulations and Construction processes.
+Knowledge of building engineering, and high level understanding of landscape, masterplanning and infrastructure required to coordinate the sub consultancy team
+ Capable user of Sketchup, Autocad & Adobe Indesign. Lumion, Rhino & Grasshopper an added advantage.
+ The successful candidate will be a problem solver, self motivated, have a strong work ethic and effortless communication skills.
+ Knows how to work effectively within a collaborative design team environment.
