Job Description: As a Bilingual Telesales Representative at Liven Realty, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate real estate solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English will be crucial in expanding our client base and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
  • Present and promote our real estate services and properties in a compelling manner.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and to encourage referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
  • Language: Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Sales Skills: Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
