Program Manager (Saudi nationals only) What can you expect: Be part of a high-performing strategic planning and project execution team which works with internal C-level executives in the region. We will rely on you to: - Work with senior executives to help prioritise, plan and execute some of the most strategically critical projects, programs and initiatives in the region.
- Manage projects of varying sizes and complexities to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of detail.
- Manage global stakeholders, chairing and conducting meetings and analysis, as required.
- Detailed and concise status reporting of initiatives and project efforts, being able to escalate and navigate the organization for decisions.
- Leading efforts around resource, budget, scope, planning, prioritisation management for various initiatives and projects and between them.
- Be a reliable and analytical advisor to senior business executives, to aid decision making.
- Assist in the design, development and implementation of project management processes, methods, and products.
- Be a reliable colleague and team member to be flexible to assist on high priority initiatives within the region.

What you need to have: - 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager, managing and successfully delivering complex projects and project management office methodologies.
- Ability and experience in driving strategic decisions with C-level executives.
- Experience overseeing a portfolio of projects and programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with an enthusiastic appetite to grow
- Proven ability to liaise and lead conversations, planning and execution with global stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills in English is must, Arabic is a plus
