Position: Property Consultant

• Overview:

As a Property Consultant at Aventus Realtor’s Real Estate L.L.C, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their real estate needs. You will provide expert advice, guide clients through property transactions, and ensure a seamless buying or renting experience. Your goal will be to build long-lasting relationships with clients by offering personalized solutions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct consultations to assess client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.

2. Property Listings Management:

• Source and list properties for sale or rent, ensuring comprehensive and accurate information is available.
• Update and manage property listings on the company website and other relevant platforms.

3. Market Analysis:

• Perform market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
• Provide clients with detailed market analysis and insights to help them make informed decisions.

4. Property Showings:

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
• Highlight the unique features and benefits of each property to clients.

5. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

• Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Facilitate the closing process by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

6. Client Support and Follow-Up:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to address any questions or concerns.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

7. Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate or property consulting in UAE.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attributes:

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Working Conditions:

• Work Hours: Full-time position with flexibility for evening and weekend work as needed.
• Work Environment: Office-based with frequent travel to client sites and property locations.
